Darin Rezac

Vice President of Professional Services

As Vice President of Professional Services at NCM, Darin is responsible for overseeing the client-facing and delivery organizations that ensure exceptional service and value for our clients. His role encompasses leading diverse teams, including 20 Group Moderators, Institute Training, Consulting, Data Services, and Client Support. Darin works closely with these teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services, fostering strong client relationships and driving operational excellence.

Darin's focus is on developing strategic initiatives, aligning team objectives with client needs, and ensuring the timely and effective execution of all service offerings, thereby enhancing client satisfaction and helping our clients win in their markets.

Darin has a diverse background in healthcare IT, with executive roles at both Cerner and Signify Health. At Cerner, he successfully managed large-scale client partnerships, combining sales and relationship management to drive business growth. He also held leadership positions in operations and finance, contributing to the efficient delivery of healthcare IT solutions. At Signify Health, Darin focused on operations and continuous improvement, driving process efficiencies and optimizing service delivery for clients.

Earlier in his career, Darin gained valuable experience at Ford Motor Company in manufacturing and product development finance, where he honed his financial and operational expertise, which has been key to his success in the healthcare IT sector.

Darin has a Bachelor of Science in Economics and an MBA, both from the University of Chicago. Additionally, Darin earned a Certification in Mergers and Acquisitions from the University of Chicago's Executive Leadership Development program, further enhancing my expertise in strategic business management.

Outside of work Darin enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
